Truth and Transformation Conference 2020
On October 2, 2020 The Institutional Antiracism and Accountability (IARA) Project hosted the second annual Truth and Transformation convening on-line. Our intent this year was to use the convening to to better understand the limitations of the business case for Diversity and Inclusion and to explore implications for engaging in racial equity work with greater accountability and in partnership with other sectors.
